Atty. Alfred Pabas, CPA
Lawyer | Certified Public Accountant
Atty. Alfred Pabas, CPA is the Founder of AIP Accounting & Legal Consulting and the Founding Partner of Pabas Lagramada Hizon & Associates Law Offices. He has more than twenty (20) years of combined experience in legal practice, accounting, taxation, auditing, and corporate advisory, providing integrated professional services to individuals, corporations, and investors.
He assists clients in business registration, tax compliance, legal documentation, property transactions, corporate matters, and business consulting, delivering practical and reliable solutions to complex legal and financial concerns.
Atty. Pabas earned his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Mindanao State University and his Juris Doctor from Manuel L. Quezon University School of Law, and completed the Management Development Program at the Asian Institute of Management. He is a member of the Philippine Bar and a Certified Public Accountant, and previously served as a faculty member of the Manuel L. Quezon University School of Law and School of Legal Management, teaching Tax Law and Corporation Law.
Atty. Ron Jara
Legal Consultant
Atty. Jara has over fifteen (15) years of experience in corporate and consulting environments, with expertise in technology systems, finance, and law. He serves as Legal Consultant for AIP Accounting & Legal Consulting and as Managing Consultant for a multinational Information Technology company, specializing in ERP systems, cloud computing, compliance, and internal controls.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Manuel L. Quezon University and his Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from Far Eastern University. He is a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines and a BSI Singapore-certified ISO Auditor, with professional experience in internal audit, corporate controls (SOX), ISO systems, and regulatory compliance across various industries.
Atty. Angie Doreen Kho
Legal Consultant
Atty. Angie is a lawyer with experience in corporate, technology, labor, and litigation-related legal work. Her practice involves providing legal support on a wide range of matters including contract drafting and negotiation, regulatory compliance, corporate advisory, labor relations, and dispute resolution. She has experience reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on data privacy and intellectual property provisions in technology-related contracts, and assisting organizations in navigating legal and compliance issues arising from business operations.
In addition to her corporate work, she also has experience handling labor law matters, including advising on employment-related concerns, assisting in the resolution of labor disputes, and supporting employers in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Jose–Recoletos. Prior to pursuing law, she obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Major in Law and Policy Studies, from the University of San Carlos in Cebu City.
